Before you travel

Depending on the country you are traveling to, check if you must carry any documents or medical orders before you do the process for a visa or traveling permission.

In the case of the US, you must have a mandatory medical check. In other countries like Korea there are some official medical documents authorized by a doctor that you must present before you travel.

Another tip is that you can put together a small first aid kit with some simple medication, like headaches, fever or stomachache.

During the trip
