TAG Airlines: Biosecurity measurements during your flight

It is time to travel in a different way. It is essential that you have a conflict-free experience, so we have clear security measures that will allow you to have a stress-free experience.

Our highly trained staff will ensure your safety and that of all passengers, we ask you to take into account the following recommendations:

Arriving at the airport

When you arrive at our counter, one of our agents will take the temperature of you and the other passengers, this to ensure that each and every one is without any symptoms that could be considered a risk for others.

There is also special signage so that passengers maintain an adequate distance while waiting for their turn. Baggage handling will be done in a specific way, so we ask that you follow all instructions from our staff.

Boarding the plane

Passengers will be approached with priority, starting with people who have a different capacity, or reduced mobility, later families with babies and children and finally other passengers will be approached. Always maintaining physical distance.

All passengers must wear a mask inside the plane cabin, they can also use latex gloves if they wish. Our cabin crew will have alcohol gel if you need to use it during the flight.

During your trip

It is important that all passengers stay in their places and avoid traveling as little as possible during the duration of the flight. In addition, they must remain at all times with their personal protective equipment (mandatory mask and suggested face shield).

In the same way, we inform you that we will not have any type of brochure / magazine / leaflet inside the airplanes to avoid sources of contamination. We will also not have food and beverage services on board, so that you take it into account during your trip.

Disembark at your destination

Our agents will be located in a visible place for the passengers who are disembarking, continuously requesting to maintain the physical distance of at least 1.5 meters and a half.

Passengers will be offered alcohol-based antibacterial gel and instructions will be provided so that they can proceed to Migration. They will also be told in which belt number their luggage will be found.

Attention to special cases

Special attention will be paid to collaborators or passengers who present the following:

Specific symptoms of fever, whether the person has a history of feeling feverish or has had a temperature taken and it is equal to or greater than 38º Celsius (100.4º Fahrenheit). Other conditions to take into account are:

(a) Persistent cough

(b) Difficulty breathing

And the following established steps will be followed:

Report and request immediate support from the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance to intervene and provide the corresponding follow-up to both the passenger and the people who accompany him/her or who had contact with him/her.
Avoid contact between the person and other passengers, collaborators and / or crew.
