TAG Airlines: Make your online check-in process easy

We will soon reopen all our routes to local destinations in Guatemala and to various countries in Central America. So that you can prepare everything you need before boarding your flight, we give you a few simple steps to do your online check-in process. This will save you time when arriving at the airport:

1. Make your ticket purchase

It is very easy to buy your tickets to our destinations in Central America. You can go directly to our website and select in our reservation module the dates you are going to travel, your place of departure and destination; in addition to the number of people you will travel with. You can also make your purchase through our sales consultants. These are the ONLY two ways you can access our Online Check-in option.

2. Enter our website

When entering the website you will find the option "Web check-in" upon clicking you must read all the instructions carefully before starting the process. Its important that you have all the information complete and in order to avoid mistakes, or that you have to do the check-in process again when you arrive at the airport.

3. Choose your check-in method

To be able to enter your information in our online check-in module you have two options: using the reservation number or using the number of your ticket. You must choose one of these two options and keep using this series of numbers throughout the process. You cannot use the reservation number and the ticket number simultaneously during your online check-in process.

4. Fill in the form

The veracity and correct entry of all the information are essential when filling in the fields within our online check-in module. We also recommend you to be aware of the other documents that you must have on hand when arriving at the airport.

5. Get the confirmation and keep it with you

When you finish filling in all the corresponding information, our system will automatically give you a PDF document. You can download this and carry it on your phone or you can print the certificate to present it at our counter. Due to the measures implemented by the COVID-19 emergency, its better that you carry all the documents digitally if possible. We hope your experience with us is easy and safe.
